The firm
The patent law firm Torggler & Hofinger was founded in 1952 in Innsbruck as one of the first Austrian patent law firms outside of Vienna. The patent law firm Hofmann & Fechner was founded in 1961 in Feldkirch; in 2013 they moved to Rankweil. Over time, both firms have grown steadily together with their clients and have become leading patent law firms in Austria.
In 2022, the two firms combined their knowledge and expertise: Torggler & Hofinger and Hofmann & Fechner became Torggler & Hofmann.
