Florian Robl, PhD, studied physics in Innsbruck, Austria, and Tromsø, Norway, and completed his studies with a thesis on "Survival amplitudes of Gaussian quantum states". During his PhD studies in Cardiff, Wales, he focused on the mathematical foundations of the theoretical description of states of matter with extremely high energy density (constructive thermal quantum field theory). Florian Robl, PhD, has been working as a patent attorney since 2021 and is admitted to practice before the Austrian Patent Office in Vienna, the European Patent Office, the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) in Alicante and the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) in Geneva. Furthermore, he is a member of the European Patent Litigators Association (EPLIT) and is therefore admitted to practice before the Unified Patent Court (UPC).
