Dr. Thomas Fechner studied geophysics at the Technical University of Clausthal, Germany. His diploma thesis focused on the reflection characteristics of ground penetrating radar measurements. In his PhD thesis at the Technical University of Berlin, Germany, he developed a spectral evaluation method for determining quality parameters in limestone deposits based on borehole radar measurements. Dr. Thomas Fechner has been working as a patent attorney since 2008 and is admitted to practice before the Austrian Patent Office in Vienna, the European Patent Office, the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) in Alicante and the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) in Geneva.
